The ACS Scholars Program awards graduating high school seniors and college students with up to $5000 per academic year to cover tuition and fees.
On May 7, 2025, both parties dismissed the case after Defendant ended the ACS Scholars Program and created a new scholarship that will not use race or ethnicity as an "eligibility criterion, a preference, or a positive or negative factor".
